PSE provides management and engineering services specializing in performance-based management methods. They help clients understand how to manage to success by showing them how to define what success is, define key performance indicators, measure performance, and use performance measurements to drive to success.

PSE is a sponsor of Dream of Hopes Ranch, Dave Jordan serves as a member on the Board and son, Jay, has been an athlete with the Ranch since 2004.

Dr. Daniel Freeland—father of Dream of Hopes athlete Jake—has a unique family practice, where a doctor is no longer just a doctor. He offers individualized quality health care
for the entire family with a preventive emphasis. "Dr. Dan", as the athletes call him,
is very supportive of all our Ranch endeavors.
